Our Reason

In March 2024, Utah passed HB261 Equal Opportunity Initiatives. What followed was confusion and what in some cases seems to be over-reaction to both it's intent and meaning. While Governor Cox wrote a segment to try and explain the intent, other reactions ensued across the state, such as in education, including extreme limiting of the use of words, definitions, ideas, and efforts aimed at stronger inclusion and equal opportunity. It was during these times that this site was formulated as an idea and put in to place.
